This document outlines the terms of a legal agreement between you and The Practicing Accountant, LLC (referred to as "The Coach," "us," or "we"). By engaging with The Coach, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which apply to all current and future services you receive from us, including all associated payment terms (collectively, the "Agreement").

1. Overview of Coaching Services

The Practicing Accountant, LLC provides specialized coaching to help accounting firm owners improve business strategy, mindset, and performance. Services may include strategic planning, goal setting, feedback, accountability, and perspective-sharing.

2. Scope of Coaching

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You remain fully responsible for your actions, decisions, and business results.

3. Format and Frequency

Coaching is delivered via group or individual sessions. Strategy Sessions are currently offered twice per month.

4. Payment Terms

Your membership includes a recurring monthly fee at the rate selected during sign-up. This fee is automatically charged each month until you cancel your subscription.

5. Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being. The Coach will provide guidance, tools, and support to help you achieve your goals.

6. Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching is treated as confidential, except as required by law. Group sessions are not protected by legal privilege, and participants should exercise discretion when sharing sensitive details.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the total amount you have paid for the services in question.

8. Subscription & Usage

This is a subscription-based service. It is your responsibility to utilize the coaching opportunities available. Missed sessions or unused access does not roll over to future months.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account. We reserve the right to terminate access at our discretion, including for non-payment or violation of this Agreement.

10. Courses

Courses offered by The Practicing Accountant, LLC are for educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. For personalized guidance, consult a qualified advisor.

11. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your experience, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to dan@thepracticingaccountant.com. After 30 days, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.

12. Community and Session Conduct

You agree to participate respectfully in all group sessions and community discussions. The Practicing Accountant, LLC reserves the right to revoke access, without refund, in the event of disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior.

13. Intellectual Property

All content provided through The Practicing Accountant, LLC — including training materials, tools, session recordings, and written content — is protected intellectual property. You may not share, reproduce, or distribute any materials outside your own business use without express written permission.

14. Non-Transferability

Your membership is non-transferable. Access is granted only to the individual who purchased the subscription. Sharing logins or granting unauthorized access may result in immediate termination without refund.

15. Technology Disclaimer

While we strive to provide uninterrupted access to coaching and materials, The Practicing Accountant, LLC is not liable for delays or disruptions due to internet outages, third-party platform failures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
