TERMS & CONDITIONS
This document outlines the terms of a legal agreement between you and The Practicing Accountant, LLC (referred to as “The Coach,” “us,” or “we”). By registering for The Firm Reset Sprint, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which apply to your participation in the Sprint and all associated services and payment terms (collectively, the “Agreement”).
1. Overview of Services
The Firm Reset Sprint is a live coaching experience designed to help accounting firm owners simplify their business, gain strategic clarity, and begin rebuilding pricing power, capacity, and client quality. The Sprint consists of three live coaching sessions, with additional support provided through a private cohort community.
2. Scope of Coaching
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. You remain fully responsible for your actions, decisions, and business outcomes.
3. Format and Access
The Sprint includes three live 2-hour group sessions hosted via Zoom on July 29, July 31, and August 1, 2024. Session replays will be made available to participants for a limited time. Access to the cohort community will be granted for the duration of the Sprint.
4. Payment Terms
The full registration fee for The Firm Reset Sprint is $797 USD, payable in full at checkout. No payment plans are offered.
5. Refund Guarantee
If you attend all sessions (live or via replay), actively participate, and complete the implementation prompts — and do not walk away with a clearer path to a better firm — you may request a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
-
Attend all three sessions (live or replay)
-
Engage with the exercises and prompts
-
Submit a short written summary of your experience and why the Sprint did not provide value
Refund requests must be submitted in writing by August 4, 2024, via email to [email protected]. After this date, all sales are considered final.
6. No Outcome Guarantee
This Sprint is designed to deliver strategic clarity and business improvement. However, individual results may vary. No specific financial, operational, or business outcomes are guaranteed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for your Sprint registration. Under no circumstances shall The Practicing Accountant, LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation.
8. Conduct
You agree to participate respectfully and professionally in all Sprint sessions and cohort discussions. We reserve the right to revoke access, without refund, for disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior.
9. Intellectual Property
All content provided during the Sprint — including tools, materials, discussions, and recordings — is the intellectual property of The Practicing Accountant, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share this material outside your own business use without express written permission.
10. Non-Transferability
Your registration is non-transferable. Access is granted only to the individual who purchased the Sprint. Sharing links, logins, or materials with others may result in immediate termination without refund.
11. Technology Disclaimer
While we aim to deliver a seamless experience, we are not responsible for delays, disruptions, or outages due to internet issues, third-party platforms, or other factors beyond our control.
